Temporary closure of the platform at Botnstjörn in Ásbyrgi
From Oktober 14th and the following 1-2 weeks the platform at Botnstjörn will be closed due to construction.

There may also be minor disruptions to pedestrian traffic on the path from the parking lot to Botnstjörn during transport of material. At this stage, we do not know exactly how long the closure will be (approximately 1-2 weeks). All other paths and viewpoints in Ásbyrgi are open and the the autumn colours are stunning.
