Heinabergsdalur (Vatnsdalur)
The trail starts at Heinabergslón (glacier lagoon) and goes towards Heinabergsdalur. Hikers have to cross Dalá river. The hike ends at Vatnsdalur where the glacier used to block water that would cause floodings from time to time.
Heinabergslón - Fláajökull (Hólmsá)
Attention hikers there is no bridge over Hólmsá river and it is not recommend to cross it.
